I have always been petite with an athletic build. My average weight was 105-110 and I wore a size 1/3. I never had to worry about dieting or working out. I am now 41 and weigh about 140 and wear a size 10/11 and it’s not getting any better. I really want to lose this weight and learn a healthier way of life.

Like Susan, I averaged between 138 and 142 at 5’9″…. Now I’m 166…. I need a good jump start back into workouts which this looks like just might be the ticket. And the Gateway is a beautiful place and 5-6 is an ideal time!

Chad, I am already seeing results after the first week of boot camp! I like the 5:30 am session because it fits nicely into my work schedule, and the sunrise is the bow on the package! Looking forward to Week 2!

Chad, I improved my time hiking Squaw Peak by 7 minutes this morning!! The improvement in my stamina and strength while hiking was remarkable to me! The fact that I’ve done 6 weeks of your boot camp directly impacted the improvement in my hiking results…I am extremely satisfied!
