Who am I?
What have I done professionally…?

I have had the pleasure of working with over one hundred personal training clients and performing thousands of training sessions; I know at any age, with any background, at any current state of fitness…

… you can get the look, energy level and overall health that you dream about.

How?

It’s simply a matter of doing the right things consistently.  Learning to believe in yourself and understanding your real potential. People so often fail, plateau or never even get off the ground with their fitness and fat-loss goals because they focus on the wrong things.

It’s not about beating yourself up mentally, starving yourself and then burn-out from yo-yo dieting or resolutions that last for two weeks.  And, it’s definitely not about starting another one-size-fits-all routine from a fitness magazine. All of this will likely leave you doubting yourself, unaware of your body’s amazing potential for transformation.

It’s about creating new positive habits for a permanent change. Like learning to really listen to your body and working-out smarter.

It’s about using the most effective fitness techniques for burning more calories and creating the maximum change possible.

I know lifestyle changes are tough but together we can make them happen!

I have been working twice a week with Chad for 3 years and I can tell everyone that it has made a huge difference in my physical and mental conditioning. Each workout with Chad is a little different than the last so there is always something new to look forward to. Chad looks at the whole life experience when deciding what type of conditioning is best, so there are never any injuries or stresses.

I have mountain biked with Craig many times and he’s a lot of fun to go with and learn from. Good nutrition is essential for long rides, like the Leadville 100. Both Chad and Craig know good nutrition and have given me great tips and recipes.

They are both great guys who really know what they are doing.

Chad & Craig ROCK!! I’ve known these guys for over 7 years and they’ve got it goin’ on!! They are driven, motivated, passionate and truly care about your success!! They have hearts of gold!! I wish they were doing this Boot Camp back in Colorado, I’d be all over it!!

My CHAD experience…… November 2010 to Present
Well to begin I received a postcard about a boot camp in our neighborhood… it’s literally 5 minutes from our house. I had been debating about joining a boot camp as I knew I needed to do something because I didn’t like what I was seeing back then.

In November 2010, it all started. We (my husband, daughter and granddaughter) hiked up Squaw Peak early one Sunday morning with Chad. It took us quite a while to get up there, beautiful view when you got to the top and so yes we made it Chad was very patient with all of us.  (By the way, we are still hiking somewhere almost every weekend)

About a week later boot camp officially started, 5:30 A.M. every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday outside in the dark and cold. However, my daughter and I were both impressed and intrigued with Chad and his techniques. So we kept going……. Then when it got really cold (for us Arizonians anyway) he invited us to come to his gym of which we have been doing ever since and loving it.

Chad is so knowledgeable about so many things from different stretches, to foods you should and shouldn’t eat to nutrition, your body functions, your health and healthy drinks and more. Speaking of healthy drinks, Chad has introduced me to the GGS (Glowing Green Smoothie). Me and GGS are best friends now and since starting to drink it on a daily basis and working out with Chad’s superior instructions, I have lost 16 pounds and getting buffer all the time (thanks Chad). I love our workouts and hate missing even one for holiday’s or vacations.

Chad is so tuned in to my needs, ability and always manages to give me challenges that I love! I must say, I am never bored as he knows endless stretches, moves, exercises, and training techniques and names them all……….. How does he do it? He obviously spent a lot of time studying and learning all this and is not afraid to share it. Chad you are amazing, thank you for all your time and efforts and yes Chad we are not done yet.
